The Book That Wasn’t Meant to Be a Book

I wrote it for myself. I shared it so others could feel seen.

Uncensored: First-Time Mom Confessions began in the dark. When I couldn’t understand myself anymore. When I thought “what is wrong with me”.

What you’ll find in these pages isn’t advice.

It’s a truth. My truth. The raw and emotional side of motherhood.

Writing became for me a way to understand and express myself without judgement. My writing is

  • A place to honest without blame.
  • A place to be seen without apologizing for it.
  • A place where you could to imperfections.

If you want something that feels real, emotional and supportive, this book is for you.

This Isn’t Advice. It’s the Stuff No One Talks About.

This isn’t a step-by-step guide to motherhood.

Inside Uncensored, you’ll find the parts of motherhood nobody prepares you for:

Shame and Isolation

“No one tells you how alone you can feel, even when your arms are full.”

Postpartum Rage and Guilt

“I wasn’t angry at my baby. I was angry at the world that told me to pretend I wasn’t drowning.”

Body Image and Betrayal

“I didn’t recognize the body in the mirror. I didn’t know how to love her.”

Grieving the Old Self

“Everyone celebrated who I became. No one mourned who I left behind.”

Healing Through Honesty

“Trying to be the perfect mom is useless when your soul is asking for truth, not applause.”

This is motherhood, without the mask.

“When I finally had my baby in my arms, I felt nothing. Shit, I’m broken.”

This Started in the Dark

I didn’t write Uncensored because I had answers.

I wrote it because I had questions that wouldn’t leave me alone at 2 a.m.

The kind that echo when the house is finally quiet.

The ones you don’t post about.

The ones you whisper to yourself when no one else is listening:

  • Why do I feel so alone when I’m supposed to feel complete?
  • Why does everyone feel entitled to comment on my body like it’s public property?

The truth is, it wasn’t the baby that broke me.

It was the constant stream of comments.
The ones about how swollen I looked, how tired I seemed, how I should be eating less, smiling more, doing better.

The ones that pointed out every pimple, every change, every “flaw” as if my body was theirs to evaluate.

And the ones that told me how to do everything, without asking how I was really doing.
It came from the people closest to me.

The people who should have protected me, not picked me apart.

And I stayed silent, smiling, nodding, shrinking while quietly collecting all the ways I was being made to feel wrong.

Writing became a place where I didn’t have to defend myself.

Where I could grieve what I was losing and name what no one else seemed willing to say out loud.

Page after page, I stitched a version of myself back together.
Not a perfect one.

But a healing one.

Uncensored isn’t a story about getting it right.

It’s a story about getting real.

I wrote this because if you’ve ever felt criticized, judged, or made to feel small for telling the truth, I want you to know:

You’re not broken.

You’re not failing.

You’re not wrong for feeling what you feel.

You’re just in the middle of a story no one prepared you for.

And you don’t have to finish it alone.

The First Page Was Just the Beginning

Uncensored started as a whisper in the dark.
It became a book.

And now it’s becoming something bigger.

This was never meant to be a one-time story.

It was always meant to be the start of a deeper conversation about womanhood, identity, healing, and all the places we lose and find ourselves along the way.

I’m still writing.

New chapters. New letters. New stories that stay close to the places we’re usually taught to hide.

If you want to be the first to read what comes next before it hits the shelves, before it becomes a headline you’re invited to join my Reader Circle.

It’s free.

It’s personal.

It’s where the real conversations happen first.
