There was a night I remember, not because it was loud, but because I felt like I was disappearing.
I was sitting on the floor, holding my baby on one side while milk leaked from the other.
Sweating. Exhausted. Covered in spit-up and pee.
The diaper had exploded. My body felt like it belonged to everyone but me.
I wasn’t just tired. I was unrecognizable.
I hadn’t planned the pregnancy.
But I had done everything “right.”
Took the courses. Smiled at the appointments. Pretended I wasn’t unraveling.
And still, I felt like a ghost inside my own life.
I didn’t know how to grieve something I couldn’t name.
Not a death. Not a failure.
Just… the slow erasing of the woman I used to be.
So I opened my laptop.
Not to be wise. Not to be helpful.
Just to whisper to myself: “You’re still in there.”
That whisper turned into pages.
Those pages became Uncensored First-time Mom Confessions.
And what started as survival became the foundation of every conversation I now have with women like you.
Because I don’t coach from a stage.
I coach from the floor I once sat on, soaked, swollen, and scared, holding everything I thought I should be, and wondering if I’d ever feel like myself again.
